Focus on what’s under your control. Results are not under our control, but choices and action are, and may have influence over results.

I understand the making a list of your problems but it's also healthy to keep track of your achievements as well. No matter how small, it's wise to recognize how far you have come.

Hello Mujibur Rahman.

I can really relate to your equation of inaction equals stress. You even say, it is not so important how it turns out, just move on it, and find out. The future is a mystery to uncover.

Fear means WE HAVE TO HAVE a certain outcome, but we don't have confidence of how to get there. It might go completely in the other way. We should have gradually built confidence with small things, from a long time ago. Do delays help? We really don't need action if the stress is imagined. Then it might go away by itself.

"For problems which you lack the skill, start by changing your thinking related to them". That's great advice. Actually problems are something that we give to ourselves. I live next door to you, but I didn't give myself that same problem?? I must have already changed my thinking related to it. Then we would be getting somewhere, instead of prioritizing problems and acting on them first-come, first-serve, we could change our thinking about them. I don't say not to act. It would be kind of a race. Will I resolve them by taking action, or will they just dissolve by my changed thinking? Let it be both.

Building confidence for living, working through actions, and getting used to choosing thought patterns, will attract opportunities and enable you to transform your life for the better.

What could be better said?

I could respond a great deal when you said: "read a 100 motivational books, attend motivational seminars… but the REAL motivation will have to come from within." Again, it is which books you are willing to act upon. Otherwise, they're just more rubbish to sort through.

I don't know your site yet. So I will have to figure out why you want to read 1,000 self-help books? Maybe so we don't have to read them, and we can find our motivation FROM WITHIN?

thanks

.
