How To Use Creative Visualization
Get into a relaxed state of mind using a self-hypnosis count down. This is where you count down from 300 down to 0. While you are counting down start thinking about your body relaxing from your head down to your toes.
Move your attention slowly from your head down to your toes, visualizing and feeling each part of your body relaxing. Start taking deep breaths and down worry if you lose count, just continue from where you have left off.
This process will move your mind into a state known as “Alpha”. You will already be in an Alpha state of mind, just after you wake up or when you are feeling sleepy just before going to bed.
Once you are in a relaxed state of mind, you will be ready to start visualising your desired outcome. Close your eyes and visualize a blank screen a couple of metres in front of your eyes. You will be using this screen to project and watch your visualization like on a large television screen.
Start off by visualizing your current reality, one that you would like to change. If you have a health problem, visualize this problem and focus on it. If you have a financial problem, visualize this and focus on it. Do this whilst still keeping your eyes closed. Visualize and focus on whatever you would like to change, in its current state.
Feel the pain and negative emotions this problem is creating in your mind. You do this to focus on the thing that you wish to change and the feelings/pain (emotions) you want to get rid of.
Once you have your current situation projected onto the screen and you are also feeling the pain and emotions attached to it, you are ready to start changing it. You should only do this for a minute or two, as you don’t want give much energy to this vibratory state of mind.
Now you can start the process of transforming your current reality into your desired reality. Slowly replace the current vision on the screen with the one that you desire. Replace the feeling with the ones that you will experience once you have your desired outcome.
You should now have your desired outcome projected onto the screen and feeling the positive emotions associated with reaching this desired result.
Make the image more vivid, in full colour, turn up the brightness and increase the volume. See it as though it is a real life experience. Replace your negative emotion with positive ones, let go off the pain. Start feeling the joy this positive outcome has created in your life. Increase the intensity of the positive emotions.
Hold this image on the screen for 5 to 6 minutes. Start being grateful for having achieved your desired outcome. Believe that is your reality and you already have it in your possession. Live this experience with all your senses to impress your subconscious mind.
