You start to wonder what is going on, what’s causing this negative impact in your life?

From my experience in life, I think it’s your past habits and way of thinking trying to pull you back to your past lifestyle.

It’s like a rubber band stretched out and now it’s trying to get back to the old shape. All your positive visualization has stretched your thinking to a new path and it’s trying to get back to the old thoughts.

When you encounter this situation in your life, you need to focus more on the positive. You need to snap out of the past habitual thoughts and break out of the past thought patterns.

This will be a hard time in your life, because we are all creatures of habit. The old thought patterns will try and bring you back to your comfort zone.

The best way to tackle this is by focusing 100% on the lifestyle you truly desire. Don’t give into the forces that are trying to force you back to your past self-image.

Start focusing on what you really want and believe that it is your reality. This takes a lot of concentration and effort, but it will be worth it in the end.

It is a test to see how badly you really want the changes. Focus on the positive changes daily and break the pull back syndrome.

Once you have gone beyond a certain point, your subconscious mind will accept it as your reality. Don’t give up on the work you have put in so far, continue focusing on your dreams.

You have the power to program the reality you truly desire into your subconscious mind. Once you start breaking out of the barrier, you will start to see your desired lifestyle manifest as your reality.

Deal with the obstacles placed in your path, they are only temporary illusions. They can be overcome, you have the power to meet every challenge placed in your path.

Your old thought patterns have been etched as path ways in your subconscious mind. You will need to focus on your new thoughts multiple time to create new path ways in your subconscious mind. This will create new beliefs and trigger new vibrations that will start to build your new vision.

You will face the pull back syndrome many times, it is up to you to tackle it and break free from it. It’s not easy to create new thought patterns, that’s way most people live the lifestyle they are used to.

Only a small number of people manage to break free from the habitual thinking that holds them back. You too can break free from the beliefs that are holding you back. Make a decision to do so and stick to it. Don’t give up when you are faced with obstacles, treat them as challenges.

Make it your mission to face these challenges head on and tear them apart. Grow bigger than the challenges you face in life. This is the only way to get to where you desire to be in life.
